These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scratchr Pay mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
✅ Eligibility
To use Scratchr Pay you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Be a resident of a country where the App is available
- Have a valid email address
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above.
🪙 Token System & Rewards
Scratchr Pay uses a virtual token system. Here's how it works:
- Tokens are earned by scratching virtual cards and watching advertisements
- Tokens have no cash value until a cashout threshold is reached
- The current cashout threshold is 5,000 tokens = $0.50 USD
- Token values and cashout thresholds may change at any time with notice
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
- Tokens expire if your account is inactive for 180 days
Tokens are virtual rewards with no guaranteed monetary value until a cashout request is submitted and approved.
💸 Cashouts & Payments
When you request a cashout:
- You must provide a valid PayPal email address
- Cashouts are processed within 3-5 business days
- We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing payments
- Cashouts may be delayed or denied if fraud is suspected
- We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect PayPal information provided by you
- Minimum cashout amount is $0.50 USD (5,000 tokens)
Fraudulent cashout requests will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all tokens.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the reward system
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn tokens
- Use emulators or virtual devices to circumvent fraud detection
- Share accounts with other users
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
- Use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions
- Abuse the referral system by referring fake accounts
- Provide false information when requesting cashouts
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the App or other users
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all tokens and rewards, and may result in legal action.
📺 Advertisements
Scratchr Pay is a free app supported by advertising:
- You may be required to watch advertisements to earn additional scratch cards
- Ad availability depends on third-party ad networks and cannot be guaranteed
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
- There is a daily limit of 50 ads per user
👤 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keeping your email address and PayPal information current
🔐 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Your account is inactive for more than 180 days
- We discontinue the App
Upon termination, all tokens and rewards are forfeited. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
⚠️ Disclaimers
- Scratchr Pay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Prize amounts and token values are subject to change
- We are not liable for any loss of tokens due to technical issues
- The App is intended for entertainment purposes
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scratchr Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid out to you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
📍 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
📝 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
